Plays and stuff...

Yay! I got cast! Since I was up for 6 different roles in five different shows I figured that I would get at least one but I didn't think that I would find out so soon! Less than an hour after I got home I got a phone call from one of the directors asking me if I would like to be in his show... and of course I said yes! He told me that I was his #1 pick and I was really flattered... I have been in a couple of shows with this guy and he is phenomenal so I can't wait to see what he does as a director... plus since I have already worked with him on projects before he really knows where my strengths and weaknesses lie because we have collaborated on both a musical/comedy and a really heart-wrenching drama and we know that we get along really well and are able to bounce ideas off of each other... The other girl who was cast is someone who I've never met before so hopefully we get along too! I am going to be playing a woman named Johannah ( who was formerly John but had a sex change and is now a lesbian who works as a fortune teller/gypsy)... Hmmm, my last two roles have been lesbians... Is someone trying to tell me something? Do they know something that I don't? Any way... Yay! I can't wait to read the script and start practicing :D

I watched Glee and can I just say that I LOVE Kurt and his dad... and Blaine... and Santana... and Britney... and Puck :D

Oh and btw Happy Fat Tuesday/Ash Wednesday! I think I'm giving up ALL fast food for Lent...
