Plays and stuff...
So I just got back from the auditions and I think that I did really well! I got called back by five of the directors and I absolutely loved three of the scenes that I read for... The one I really didn't like was a play that had been done a couple of years back and I didn't like it back then so I hope I'm not in that one and the other one I wasn't fond of was just... weird... but it's being directed by one of my favorite people so I'm sure it will be fun no matter what... The head of the theatre department came up to me as I was leaving and hit me on the arm with a stack of papers and said that it was for making him cry during my initial audition *go me!* but I actually made myself really cry during it too because I chose to do a monologue of a daughter talking to/ reminising with her dead father in the cemetary which might just have hit a little too close to home but it was real so that helped... I really hope I get cast in one of the ones that I really liked and that I like my castmates and director... more updates as soon as I find out :D
