Weekend review:
Saturday--> Worked 3-12, came home, slept for 2 hours, got up, showered, went to Jimmys house for the fire pit. it's cool, his fam has a firepit in their backyard. We made smores and then his parents and Jimmy and i just sat outside. Their little demon dog, Chloe, actually sat next to me on the bench. I didn't try to pet her...shew would have eaten my arm.
Sunday--> So, after church (which was an awesome study btw), Jimmy and I head on up to Lake Arrowhead Village. It jst happened to be Oktober Fest, so the smell of alcohol reeked the otherwise lovely clear, clean air. Aside from that, it was a fun day. After having to prevent Jimmy from jumping into the lake to try and catch some of the huge rainbow trout that was in there (fishing is prohibited, so the fish grow really big), we went through all the shops. Before we left, we went into this one clearance style store and then...we bought stuff. All bear. We are now the proud owners of a bear toothbrush holder, a bear 3x5 picture frame, a little bear w/a bee picture holder, and a cd/dvd tower that's designed as a tree with bears hanging from the limbs. *nods* So yeah...we bought bears. Next up on the list: A big bear carved out of wood.
ha ha. yeah right, those things run anywhere from two to three hundred bucks.
