Hello there, thanks for your post. It is insightful and interesting. I'm a substitute teacher and your post caught my eye. I'm thinking that the Writer's Block's question means what kind of teachers have we experienced that weren't good, but we'd love to confront them about the things they've done wrong? Because I had a few teachers that weren't good teachers, it didn't mean they weren't good human beings. Their hearts were in the right place, but they suffered as teachers because the kids ate them alive. Being a teacher's daughter, and knowing a little bit how things worked in those schools, I tried to pull the teacher aside and tell him that he seriously needed to get a backbone and find a way to get the kids under control without resorting to punishments all the time, because it was obvious that his methods weren't working. He told me that he knows, and it was something I shouldn't worry about, which I respected.
