Since it's soooo cold outside, and my sweetie is still coughing up a storm (but otherwise feeling better), I decided to work on some comfort foods for us today.  Since I had all those eggs that accidentally froze in the shell, and a bunch of recipes I'd like to try out, I went with cupcakes.

Well,  considering I haven't tried every single brownie out there, I guess I can't really hold this recipe as the be-all-end-all of brownies, but I am  quite a fan of both dark chocolate and raspberries (and booze!) so they were pretty darned fabulous in my book.
