Social Conundrums: Self Censorship

I've been reading the LJ FAQ about flagging posts and/or journals as Adult Concepts. I'm thinking about going back and marking some of my posts, heck maybe my whole journal this way. You see, I have young relatives, who are much more innocent than I was at their age, and I honestly don't think they could process some of what they might find here

be forewarned, there are some weird things about using the adult concepts - it makes your friends have to jump through hoops in order to read anything. I made a few posts adult content and then went back and change them. It might be different now, it was a while back when i did it.

Innocent? In this world? I figured that kids today grew up without much innocence, given how vile the world is and how its vileness is being broadcast from every newspaper to every cable station across the country.
