Last week Gon and I were in Asia. We've been there a few times before, but Gon really wanted to find a panda, and it's not like you've seen everything just because you've visited once. I like the place, it's cool. A disappointing lack of crazy old monks though, but we didn't check the highest mountains yet ( Read more... )

ahahahaha

But isn't that a waste of pie?

I bet Gon lurked around bamboo forests. Isn't that all they eat?

Can you think of something better to use it for?

... Gon could go to the north pole and still find one first.

Maybe use those whipped cream-filled ones like they used in those old Three Stooges movies?

That's pretty impressive. What other kinds of animals did you see?

Blueberry pies are more fun to throw.

All kinds. You probably don't have most in your world.

Because of the stains and the berry bits dripping down?

Oh. I thought you were in my Asia. You guys world hop a lot, don't you? It must be fun.

Exactly.

... the Asia in my world.

*__* Okay, that is funny! I thought you liked sweet stuff, though. You must really think this is worth the sacrifice.

Are they similar to the ones in my world or completely different?

It is. It's for the sake of the WAR.

Both.

I never picked you as so martially.

Do you have tigers? Are the pandas the same as ours? Do you have flying monkeys?

I've been raised to fight.

Yes, yes, yes.

I thought that was one-on-one fighting, though.

Are they like ours? Well, except for the flying monkeys. Wizard of Oz aside, we don't have any.

It's whatever kind of fighting is necessary. They didn't leave anything out.

Some are, some are not.

Sorry 'bout that. I shouldn't have made assumptions.

Are you going to make me play twenty questions? What's the most interesting animal you've ever seen? It doesn't have to be uber big or powerful or anything like that, just something strange and wonderful and cool.

... don't worry about it.

I don't know. Foxbears are cool, and so are beakbunnies. I think maybe chimera ants, though.

Now, those all sound cool. Are they called chimera ants because they have bits that look like other creatures or because they really are chimeras?

On my world, I think praying mantises and horned lizards--horny toads?--are cool. They're small, but they look like something out of old horror movies (well, they are things from old horror movies, but don't tell). Oh, and orca and, um, harpy eagles.

The queen eats other creatures, and her offspring take on the appearances and gain the abilities of those creatures.

... compared to chimera ants, they're not much.
