Thanks to shehasathree I'm reading about Arctic Heat cooling vests. Heat-intolerant people, eg many disabled people, don't find hot weather 'gorgeous' or 'lovely' - we find it horrible. I use wet clothing, swimwear and electric fans to keep me cool in hot weather.

Here in Britain our weather's cool now, but friendly_crips is international so here goes. Google tells me the Arctic Heat brand is available in Australia, USA and UK. Is it available where you are? Do you use these products?
