The joy brought on by Obama's victory was bittersweet, as we watched Proposition 8 pull ahead, in California. To witness such blind hatred and such a direct attack on basic human rights, first hand, was absolutely sickening

None other than just another Skittles parade for AIDS and HIV awareness. Where were the condoms and the syphilis banners? The message will never truly be heard unless you take radical action, otherwise you guys just look like a bunch of flower power hippies.

I would've liked to have remained enveloped in your company for a longer period of time but when you gather a dozen people all looking for something interesting to accompany their night with, plans develop and the idea of walking in circles becomes uninviting. I do hope that you're eventually able to borrow some time these upcoming days for us to get together while scurrying through the city. It would be disappointing if that was our only chance to hang out.

Also be sure to let me know when your cousin's status becomes that of single; she's very lovely.
