After landing in Rochester, I was stupid enough to make it to my bowling night; a few people lost their bets that I would blow it off after flying during the day. My second game was a 202; damn proud of it.
Got home and quickly fell fast asleep with the fever rearing its head again but no more muscle spasms. I went to Doctor this AM after waking up with a rash covering a 1/3 of my body and every major body screaming out in red hot pain. Ice nor pain relievers have had any real effect in easing the discomfort. 5 Vials of blood were collected in order to find out what the hell is going on. While I have been going through the pain situation since June, this has been the most severe outbreak. Doctor has started me on a 7-day blast of Methylprednisolone (a steroid) to try and break the swelling / pain cycle but admits he is going to have to consult with some of his colleagues in the medical community to figure out what is going on if this doesn't work. Waiting for the blood test results is all that anyone can do.
