First off I am so glad that Hello Kitty Online is finally in Open Beta. Although the Thinking Cap Quest in London (character is now on level ) is giving me a difficult time because the monsters keep on attacking me. Urgh.
Allow me to share the newest structure here in Ortigas Extension.
Yes, your eyes are not deceiving you. Those are electric cables (or perhaps phone line cables) right smack in the middle of the stairs. GOOD JOB! Whoever approved this should be shot. Honestly. Aren't overpasses/foot bridges like this supposed to make crossing the road safer for pedestrians?
It's nice to know that I can finally see where my taxes are going. And yes, I am being sarcastic.
