Got back on the underground today, and I'll admit it, I was a bit shaken.
Depending on where you are in the city, it's better or worse, but that's expected.
My commute is now over three times as long due to the fact that the carriage is still in the tunnel at King's Cross and structural damage was done, so it looks like I'll now be leaving from Angel and transferring at either Euston or Bank every day. I don't think I can stomach the change at Euston, as it means we'll have to pass through King's Cross to get there, but if this is what it takes to have avoided what happened that morning for me, then so be it.
Might go leave flowers at King's Cross tomorrow. Seems like the thing to do.
On a lighter note, is it completely awful that I absolutely love the new Charlotte Church EP (esp. the remix)?
