I like the roles being lightly inverted somehow:
Luke treated like a trophy vs Reid the trained seal on the show.

And I always melt if Reid gets a mum who loved him :)

And strangely enough he was feeling okay with that. Because it’s Reid.

I love when Reid listens to Luke. And I'm beyond thrilled that Luke feels comfortable enough already to talk to Reid like this. They're bonding! I loved it all. The last line is perfection!

I love this! Vulnerable Luke with the pushy mom and Reid putting himself out there to comfort him.

I'm definitely enjoying the slow build and friendship Hopefully next chapter Luke will use the number in his wallet and grab a hold of what Reid is offering.
