I get the impression that Dickinson is not getting as much attention as some of Apple TV’s other originals like The Morning Show and See, it doesn’t seem like many people are talking about it at all which is a shame. I found it to be such a charming and funny coming of age tale, and there were some genuinely heartbreaking moments too when it came

Hmm - Dracula the series - Buffy???

The new BBC version of Dracula by Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss, the first two episodes were amazingly done and felt just like feature films (all three episodes were 90 minutes long as well).

Definitely a LOT better than Buffy’s version of the Count *g*

I watched the trailer for Dracula and it looked interesting. So far I haven't heard much about it though. People don't seem to trust Moffat/Gatiss.

I really enjoyed it, but yeah it seems like almost everyone was in agreement that they didn’t quite stick it with the ending. I actually saw everyone’s disappointment all over twitter before I watched the episodes myself, so I was already prepared to see how supposedly awful it was going to turn out, and I really thought it was a bit overstated just how bad that final episode was. It definitely wasn’t as good admittedly, to me mostly because the modern day cast didn’t keep my interest in the same way as the cast did in the first two, but it wasn’t painful to watch or anything, so I do think some of the complaints have been a bit exaggerated for effect. It was fine imo, just a bit of a letdown after how strongly the series started off

It’s already been renewed for a second season apparently! I really loved it as well, you could tell that Apple had spend a ton of money and time on some of those scenes, I was so impressed.

I’m just not sure which Apple series I want to watch next now *g* I’m torn between The Morning Show or Truth Be Told at the moment
