before i let you go,
i wanted to let you in on a little secret,
that's been killing me for weeks.
i hate myself.
i hate being a lesbian
in this city.

and i can't imagine wanting a sex change
what good would that do?
a girl turned into a boy, is much more discriminated than a lesbian.

people don't understand
