we have a dvd about body modification called 'modify' that actually shows it being done. essentially they just take a scaple and cut mid way down the tongue from the middle in one go, then stuff cloth in your mouth between the incision, can lend you the dvd if you want to see it being done x

I've seen clips online, but I haven't seen that particular dvd. Would love to borrow :)
