[Satsuki sat near the entrance of the park, facing away from the deserted street. After setting her communicator down beside her, she mused silently in the cold snowy air. It had been a long time since she had "spoken" to someone like Hyper. It was partly the reason why she agreed to let him see her. He would be the first. Closing her eyes, arms on her knees, Satsuki did as she always did when she was alone in reverie; imagine the feel of BEAST's wires up her skin, showing her the one and only world she would ever come to love.]

She's been so used to communicating with computers in the same manner, it's almost as if she'd prefer to speak binary herself. Turning her head towards the empty space blanketed with white, Satsuki allows a small, almost nonexistent smile to creep up her lips. It disappears just as quickly, and the stoic face returns.]

Satsuki blinked, a small look of confusion on her face. Adjusting her glasses, she listened intently to Metal and then looked at the food in his hands. He wanted her to eat with him? But wasn't he a robot? A living computer? Or was she looking at this the wrong way?

Whatever he wanted, Satsuki really had little choice in the matter. She gave him a smile, again, quite small yet somehow genuine, and nodded.

"I don't mind. I want your company, too."

She hoped BEAST wouldn't mind. It's not his fault, nor was it hers, that he wasn't here with Satsuki. She took some of the dried fruits and munched on one that looked particularly pretty.
