Liz knew it was humiliating from her own experiance and did nothing to make Amy feel like she wasn't being 'babysat', but there was no choice. Amy had already been investigated by IA, and one more incident would be the last.
Liz didn't even look at the footage that was collected, she hoped that Amy would be true to her words and as far as the guys watching the security system had said, she was. That was good enough for her.

Hopefully she could reason with him and make him understand why she needed Amy to at least appear to be under constant supervision. Liz knew throwing her metaphoric weight around as the boss would do little to impress Logan, especially if he thought Liz was responsible for Amy's current position.
