Some things...
... should not be brought up out of left field. Especially when that soemthing has to deal with jobs.
My mother brought it up, bringing up all sorts of non-lawyer jobs that I could do (of course, she wasn't actually specfic). Help is always appriciated, but I didn't ask for it, and now it is stuck in my head. I have already emailed my OCPD office for an appointment next week, filled out a reciprocity form (for a California law school, maybe their law school's career site will have better results), and emailed one of my aunt's contacts.
I intend to email the Santa Clara and San Joaquin Da's offices and see what I can do next week. If they don't work, then I will work for the Public Defender's office.
All of that being said, her bringing it up makes me think about it, and it angers me to do so....
