Sleep is my friend

Going in to work late this morning as for this week only I have an old staff member back in my area who knows how things run (indeed has done my job before) and can cover for me. She's also bossed me into having Friday off. Yay. so I got an hour and bit extra sleep this morning and am now not rushing to get to work, it's lovely. Looking forward to Friday off too.

P and I went to see Wall-E last night. You must see it, it's so very, very sweet and funny and sad and uplifting. I's mostly a silent (well, no talking) film and it is done so very well - the animation is just amazing. Even though I knew it'd all be right in the end it didn't stop me from crying a lot towards the end of the movie (yes, I'm a girlie wuss).

Back to yoga tonight which is good - I haven't done much excercise for the last 2 or so weeks and it's been very telling on my mental state. I went back to the gym on Monday (we have one at work) ran 10km and it made such a difference to how I was feeling it was amazing. Went back yesterday too and am fully intending to stay in the daily gym routine again. I keep forgetting just how much difference regular excercise makes to my mental state. Of course when you get into that state it's hard to motivate yourself to get back into it as well.

Ok, so I'd better start getting things ready for work.
