I'm Adopting!
Two little adorible girls with the softest brown hair. I get to pick them up tomorrow, and I am so very excited. I just have to pick names now. Any suggestions? (They're rats, by the way.)
I also have two mice now named Draco and Neville. I think they are girls, but I couldn't think of any cool Harry Potter girl names. I'm thinking of renaming Neville to Myrtle, though, especially since the cage I have for them has all these tubes and stuff, and Neville is always hanging out in one section that I call the u-bend. The cage is also sparkley, or magical, as I like to say. Yes, I know I'm an unoriginal dork. Draco is a greyish-tan colour (kind of like blond) with pink eyes and Neville/Myrtle is blackish.
So apparently getting as many pets as I can is my new coping mechanism. :P
As an aside, I've been an even bigger dork with looking at Sirius/Remus stuff - not fanfic, just stuff that makes me laugh. It's tying me over until the movie and book. (S/R stuff 1; S/R stuff 2)
Another aside: anyone like Wizard Rock? Because Harry and the Potters and Draco and the Malfoys (the original wizard rockers!) are playing for free at the library in London, Ontario! It's so close! So if anyone would like to join me, we can plan a road trip! Oh, it's August 1st.
