An Illustrated Week

Well, it's been an...interesting few days.
Saturday was wonderful fun with friends going way back to high school, Tiffany and Wendy (also known as
queendoodelie )I hadn't seen Tiff for probably a couple of years, and it's always wonderful to see Wen. :)

Then sunday morning was painful, but thankfully my dad came over to take me to Stoney Creek to see a cool War of 1812 thing with real guns costumes and great fun.

Yesterday I got to go to
laurav2 's house and watch Doctor Who! I love the Doctor. I know he changes in the third season to Barty Crouch Jr from Goblet of Fire, but I love this one so much I don't want to see him go! She was right - the last episodes we saw were so good.

Today the weather is wonderful, and it makes me happy. Unfortunetely it makes me happy to curl up under my covers in my bed, and can't bring myself to do anything else, other than play on my computer. I am still angry at my pills for not working yet. My mom thinks this is proof that I don't need them, but we all know my mom's crazy. We had a discussion yesterday about how prayer works. Or, I said it didn't, and she told me it does. Ah well.

Tomorrow roomate
miree and I are going to the pet store to get her a fish - her very first pet! It will be exciting. I'm also going to see if they have rats, since I can't go more than a couple of hours without going online to rat communities or looking at pictures of Rupert and Basil. By the way, thanks for all your sympathies. It means a lot. I know he was "just a rat," but I do miss him a lot.

Thursday I get to go the doctor's and tell her how my medication isn't working and probably will get an increase in dosage. But then I'm going to Tobermory with another high school friend that I haven't seen for ages for the weekend! I need a vacation, so I am VERY excited.

I'm glad to be busy with things, though I do need a job so that I can have money to do more things, even though with a job I will be able to do less, as I will have less time. Ah well.
