I'm back bitches.
Eh, sorta. I've been persuaded to post again. We will all see how long this lasts. :)
There is no way in hell that I will get into everything that has been up in life since the last time I posted... 2-3 years ago. Quick recap, life is great.
As far as more recent events, let us start at Christmas. Becca and I went to Indiana to visit the family. It was about what you would expect it to be. We sat around a ton and read/watched TV. I had a chance to read a couple books recommended to me by
bleuquila. They were just easy, fun sci-fi romps. Pretty much right up my alley. The first was Old Man's War and the second was The Android's Dream. Both by the same author and both enjoyable quick reads. I'll avoid the book report and just say I liked them both and would recommend them if you enjoy Sci-fi in any form. I'm going to pick up the other books by the same author at some point. We spent a day eating and opening presents with the family on Christmas Eve. I received a fair number of gift cards, Assassin's Creed, and Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. I'll let you know how the games are once I actually have a chance to play them. lewl On Christmas we did the normal big family gathering at Grandpa's. Between it all we had a chance to hang out with
snafuuu and
ratatosksv. Got to say hi, let them give us presents, not give presents to them(sorry guys!), tell them a secret, watch Tombstone(best. movie. ever.), and feel bad that C wasn't feeling well.
Back to Boston for some work and then a few more days off for New Years. Elisa came to visit again and it was awesome of course. She out gifted me according to Bec, but I will forgive her because she also gave me a kick ass gift. Bec gave me a damn nice gift as well, but I haven't had a chance to use it yet! She agreed to sing to me and practice the piano for an hour a week, but she hasn't been feeling well. Soon though! The three of us spent a ton of time eating, drinking, walking around, and watching movies. Sweeney Todd was pure sex. It was well worth the price of admission just to watch the full screen heaving cleavage during some of the songs. Also, everyone wore Emo Gloves! Even during a damned wedding scene. Sex. Lots of little things happening here and there during the visit, but I'll end it here and just say it was nice.
Coming up: Visiting
bleuquila the middle of this month, a poster session at work at the end of the month(I'll go into that bullshit at some point), another visit for Bec's birthday, a piercing or two, a tattoo or two(if my artist will get her ass in gear lol)and after that who knows!
Oh shit also, I got my nipples pierced at some point and a P.A. They rock.
