Anyway, some random thoughts about my two favourite characters behind the cut. This is spoilery for the *whole* series including Dance with Dragons (as far as I got there).

I also have serious problems with Aegon. For the fact that he was believed dead until the beginning of DwD, his revealing happened very fast, dinnit? I almost overread it, then went back and was like 'wtf?'

Yes! I mean, if he was raised as "Aegon" all the time, the boy will believe the lie. It's only what Tyrion said about his eyes that makes me a bit... hmmm... though he did say "they appear blue", he never said that they aren't. Hmmm...

And who's Lemore? She's not a nun, that much is for certain.

Lyanna had grey eyes, Rhaegar's were indigo. I think that "they appear blue" comment is legit. For all we know, they could be any color, after all, he would be of mixed blood. Actually, considering genetics, Jon would fit the image of a Stark/Targaryen child better (in my head anyway).

Plus, I absolutely love Jon. Not that would wish him the lot of being a lost prince, I think that's the last thing he wanted.

Hah, and I just realized that since I purposely picked my Rhaegar icon, we now have the same guy in our thread... ;)

Oh, I was talking about Aegon's eyes! Not Jon's. I kind of have no doubt about Jon's heritage ;-)

Aegon's not mixed blood, is he?

Yeah, but GRRM being GRRM, the last thing that Jon wanted is the very thing he's going to get.

How far are you with DWD?

Well Aegon also is not pure Dragon Blood. His mother would be Elia Martell. A "dark beauty".
True, I mixed them up above, Aegon is not Lyanna's son, silly me. Ash upon my head!

I am somewhat in the middle. A little further than where you are. But by far not through.

Oh right! I forgot that it was Elia. Hmmm. Still, "Aegon" seems fake. Too fast, too sudden, too convenient.

Heh, then I won't talk about that accidental spoiler with Jon. *sits on hands*

Also, if you haven't seen the TV version by the time you're here we can watch it all in one when you come. I recorded them all :D
