So, apparently, this is the hairstylist I booked an appointment with in Seattle:
Jake from Mars Hair.
Who did/does hair for Cobra Starship, Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, some Mariners' baseball player (and their kids, apparently) or two and some other bands/artists/people I never heard of.
Heh. At least I won't get a boring old woman's style from him!
He also was Hairstylist/Barber of the year of the Men's Health mag in 2007. And yes, he does women's hair as well, as there are several rave reviews on Yelp! by women (and, well, he did my sister's hair).
