Movie: Dear John
Two words: Don't bother.
Seriously, I should've known better. I saw one Nicholas Sparks adaption before (A Walk To Remember). I should've known better.
Alas, I still felt that I shouldn't miss pretty!Amanda, but even the most gorgeous Amanda wasn't able to save the movie for me. The only highlight was her singing. Which lasted all of one, maybe two minutes of the movie. The downside? The whole rest of the movie.
Having seen two Nicholas Sparks movies now, I have to ask: Does he pick'n'mix out of a set of five characters and character storyline (maybe less than that) and then write the same story over and over and over?
Rating: 2/10. 1 star for Amanda being pretty and 1 star for her singing.
