Well, I'm baking bread!

I have 7 one pound loaves (not all 7 are going - that's just how much dough I produced) in various stages of rising and baking.

Well, I've got a batch of dough that I'm working up. I'm going to attempt to make up the dough and freeze it and bake it on site.
Speaking of which, ......I just packed some of my kitchen tools I want to take. We have a pretty full kitchen but there are a few small things that would make my life a lot easier if I took myself.

Well, I have a few issues I need to resolve.

1. Breadcrumbs.
I just HATE prepackaged breadcrumbs. Just won't use 'em. I don't even like drying out store bought bread in the oven as it's too soft and /or it has too many chemicals in it. The milk you buy in the store is supposed to be fresh for at least a few days after it's expiration date. Lately I have found that this is not always the case.

Both K and myself were trying to be frugal and make the milk last the week, and darned if it didn't go sour on us.
