I'm sick.  How does one catch a cold in almost 100 degree weather?

I've been really tired recently.  I think it's because of the lack of meat I'm eating.  That doesn't mean I'll no longer be a vegetarian, but I have to find something that will give me an energy boost and recently it has been Arashi songs!
