Good for you! Swimming is very good exercise, too. Your body is going to appreciate all this work.

Thank you, it's certainly going to let me know it tomorrow though I can already feel it in my shoulders :0).

It feels good to be active again though.

Swimming is great exercise and it's easy on your joints. Good for you! (I'll just reiterate that!)

It's just about the only exercise I actually enjoy as well. Though I don't mind walking so long as no hills are involved. Swimming though I could happily do all day.

wow, good job! 56 laps--i'm a terrible swimer, i could probably do 5! but i've read that swimming is the absolute best for overall healthiness! :D

I love swimming, which is probably just as well because I'm allergic to just about every other type of exercise out there. I break out in a severe case of 'can I stop yet?'

good for you! this reminds me i've got to get back on the horse with my wii-fit again. i got off while i was sick as a dog and never made it back on the train. *swats own behind*
