Where I am.
If anyone is wondering why they haven't seen me around for the last week it's because I'm in Melbourne Australia with Andie and your not.
So far this trip has been amazing. Ozzies are amazing people and have great sences of humour. Even the guys at airport security were cracking jokes.
Mainly we've been hanging out with Dan and Eve and meeting their friends, but there have been a couple of events.
Australia Day (their national holiday) was last Friday. We spent the day in park having a barby and drinking many beers. I also learned the basic rules and played a bit of cricket. Not a bad little game.
On Sunday we got tickets to Big Day Out which is a huge music festival with 8 different stages all going at the same time around the park. We saw The Butterfly Effect early in the day they are a kick ass Band from Melbourne. Took a break for lunch then checked out My Chemical Romance. Another break to get out of the sun. We just missed getting in for The Killers (which pissed Andie off) we could still hear them though. Then we were almost crushed to death as what seemed like 5000 people tried to get inside the Blue stage while they were only letting in about 500.
luckily the four of us did make it in to see Jet, Muse and climaxing in Tool. And yes seeing Tool live is like having an orgasm.
I'm not sure if I'll have a chance to post again while I'm here but I'll fill in more details when I get back home.
