It's finally happened, I'm slightly mad...

I am stupid-tired today, for various and sundry reasons that include insomnia, poor diet, minor but nagging illness, stressful life situations, and taking a friend to the ER and not getting home until after midnight. (Hi there! Still OK?)

So today in the bathroom I was just washing my hands, glazed over with random thoughts over what I need to get done today and later in the week, and my brain said to me the sentence "And then no more man potatoes."

I don't even know what that means, y'all. I sort of shook my head, blinked, and said out loud, "what?" It's a good thing there was no one else in there. The people who weren't there also then didn't hear the weak, sad laughter that followed. I don't know if that sentence is supposed to be an admonishment, a sigh of relief, or some sort of regret. Randomness, thy name is, well, quite something really. Hey, don't make it dirty! I was (and am) *way* too tired for dirty. I only think blue when I've got spunk. Spunk is not what I am full of at the moment. More like gah. And huh. And er.

Besides, an old college friend (who shall remain nameless out of a sense of she'd kill me if she ever read this blog) holds the Undisputed World Title for bizarre random word dirty sentence of shocking weirdness. It is, and I quote "I wish some clydesdale would come and suck my [redacted]." She was drunk. Also she didn't even remember saying it a second after she did so. Some guy at the bar reportedly turned white and red and had his chin hanging on the floor, however. It's possible he was scarred for life. It's probable there was a picture of clydesdales hanging over the bar, so at least she had some sort of visual reference for her randomosity. Um, for some of it.

ANYway, just a heads up that I'm crazier than usual. No need to stop and stare. Just send along the men with the white coats when it becomes obvious I'm stuck somewhere between "pretty colors" and "is that a cliff I'm walking over?" Also send sleep.

gah, stupid, weird me, crazy, tired
