early FPS

What was the first FPS topic you remember doing? Mine would have been in the 96-97 school year (3rd grade), and it was about Extraterrestrial Life - Space Station Armstrong, if anyone else goes that far back. It's funny to look at our work from that first packet, because you can see our current personalities still reflected in the challenges we wrote then...I wrote something like, "There might be a peaceful alien inside the rock and the people of SSA might accidentally hurt it!!" :) We learned the process as a group that year in my elementary gifted class.
