I am sleepy. But I am hyper too. I've had an excellent weekend so far!
Went over to fpvs's place last night for a random DVD/catchup night. It was great fun! I got to meet Cas, who is so tiny and super cute! And then we watched the pilot of Firefly (which I'm into now *sigh* I get hooked onto shows so so easily). Walked to Global Vegetarian for some yummy food and came back to watch the last two episodes of Supernatural. I actually lasted, watching SPN with Steph hahaha
And then My Own Private Idaho - weird as. I'm really glad I bought it now :) The director, Gus Van Sant, also directed Milk! Which I just saw a few months ago lol but yeah, the movie's message was... challenging. It hurt my brain.
Finished up the night watching another episode of Firefly. Have borrowed the DVDs to finish watching it!
Then, this morning, I popped into Dixons for a browse... ended up getting Serenity, The Hole (YAY!) and The Omen Pentology (omg). I was tempted by the Jurassic Park Trilogy... but put it down. To compensate, I've just bought Season 1 and 2 of Torchwood from CD WOW! I. Am. So. Impulsive.
Anyway, had heaps of fun with my cousins today. Went to dinner for my Granpa's birthday - had a good laugh at the expense of people with accents. Laura got a FB, finally! And so I'm spending the rest of the night tagging her *lol* and yeah, we played a bit of guitar, they are so much better than me, woe. And I think they're coming over tomorrow too.
The only bad part of my weekend so far was an awful phone interview I did last night. Oh well.
