It's official..the holidays are here..because my Christmas tree is up and blinking. (also leaning a little but Im hoping nobody will notice) So I've had my new job for over 3 weeks now and I'm settling in..and gaining confidence in what I'm doing since I don't really know what I'm doing but I'm learning slowly and like I said..gaining..con..fi..
