I've been working the last couple weeks night shift at target, unloading trucks, unboxing toys and seasonal merchandise, and stocking. Its not lifting 80 pound bags of concrete mix at home depot, but the combination of switching to a night schedule, doing some physical labor and a cold, did have an affect.
