The Gathering - Day 2
Yesterday I went to 'The Gathering' for it's second day. It was well good, minus the fact that I had sunburn on my sunburn and muscles were on fire from not sitting down all day. >_>;;
Most of the afternoon was me acting like the biggest groupie for this Band 'Clanadonia'. I just basically hung round with the band members for most of the afternoon. As if I had not much else to do! XD; I have to admit though, I was only going to be waiting around for a picture at one stage ... and then I got talking to one of the guys and all of a sudden it was two hours later? *shrugs* oh well, it was fun anyway. Especially watching my favourite ginger members turning gradually redder and redder! XD
It was a good day though. I am totally broke and I didn't even get a Chilli Pipers CD! >_> spent my money on SMOKED VENISON!, smoked brie, handmade chocolate, oatcakes and goats cheese. I can't wait to start eating them!! :D!!
I did watch a few of the Highland games things. You know, the main things like tossing of the big pole and shot putting that massive arse weight. Pictures still to come! (and a proper write up >_> I promise the pictures will be pretty!)
Anyway, must get back to work. XD
