According to my Graphic Novels in Libraries list serv, someone complained about a library owning Y: The Last Man, which I consider to be one of the best new comic books in print. Did they read it?

Ah, the anticipation of an afternoon spent in a committee meeting. Whee.

Success! I have signed up for my PLA tour! The only thing left is to find some packable sweaters that I like ...

In somewhat-library related news, the Annual CHUM Oscar party is less than a week away ... and I'm hosting it ... and I have done very little planning, much less figured out what I'm going to wear!

Over halfway through On Beauty. My holds for A Changed Man and Mr. Muo's Travelling Couch were filled today. I foresee reading until my eyeballs fall out. (Bad chairperson! Bad!)
