and THIS is why it is a load of extra stress and not a relaxing holiday, going back to Australia. I've just spent over an hour trying to get online flight booking systems to work, only to have an error-try-again at the last screen, and then when I did try again the price had gone up nearly £100.

Fortunately I have found another online travel agent who let me book the same flights at close to the original price. I am slightly worried that they may be a bit dodgy (they took CC details but then said the flight wasn't confirmed until they processed it themselves) but oh well...
