Spent several hours this afternoon and another few this evening working in the greenhouse.  We planted all the peppers (something like 25 different varieties), the first rounds of basil, lettuce, kohlrabi, different kinds of onions, leeks, flowers and herbs and more.

Last week was great.  Sunny, warmish (for Feb), water dried up in the fields, dog had a blast and we got tons of work done.  This week is not starting so well.  It's a bit, well, wet.  And windy and cold, and did I mention, wet?

Our website has been re-vamped with the new information, membership application, and so on for our 2011 CSAs.  There are pictures from the 2010 CSAs too, and information about our projected goat kids for this year.  Coming in April and May.  Woot!

Welp, it's opening day in a few hours.  I am nervous as heck!  Randy is too, but we worked very hard today (both put in about 12 hours) and so he's off to bed.  I will be soon as well, but I promised him I'd put up the webpage about our new hoop house.

We've been mighty busy here at FoxDog.  There is so much to do in preparation for the coming season.  We are working on rejuvenating the herb garden and flower beds.  We will have the field to plough, amend and disc shortly.  There are all kinds of things that will need planting in the month of March, including onions and peas.
