- Craft outline
- Self Practice with long meditation
Sunday
- Meeting for Worship
- Write first draft
Monday
- Fiddle with first draft & finalise
- write Essay Plan to use for the exam
- Yoga
Tuesday
- do timed writing exercise
- Fiddle with Plan
- very short self-practice, (bath?) & plenty of sleep
