Asana Breakthrough

Last night I managed to get into bakasana and hold it fir three breaths - twice! Arm balances gave always been one of my weak points, so I count this as a major step forward. Hurrah! I'm even making major progress with bhujapidasana.

Headstands are coming along, and I think that may be a contributing factor to an increase in arm strength and likely balance generally.
