Flow charts stress me out.
I'm helping a colleague document some of our internal processes (*gag*) and the flow chart the external consultants have put together is absolute rubbish and really boring. Sucks out your soul just by looking at it; not to mention being factually wrong in a couple of places. I guess they hoped reading it would lead to complete and total desperation so you would never *notice* that what they put down was complete and total crap.
This could not stand
So I drew my own. There are wavy lines going a variety of different directly with circles and script at odd angles. They're absolutely going to flip out when I send it back to them (scanned of course, with the original in inter-office mail, because I'm a good little worker bee). Now it is factually correct and more attractive to boot. At least from my perspective. I did refrain from using multiple colours of ink for fear it would cause people's heads to explode. Then again, seeing as these heads would belong to soulless husks anyway. . .colours might have been a good idea after all. Oh well, you can't solve all the world's problems in a single day, can you?
