Ok,
I've got a few things to update to those of you who read my LJ.
I think I've found what I want to do, and don't laugh, I'm serious...
I want to start a buissness. A software company. It would be based out of a lab funded by myself and others who would like to embark on this with me. The buissness's primary product will be software design and developement. (possibly hardware developement as well) We would also be involved with Game design, Graphic arts, and possibly even the film industry. As a hobby, I would like to take up writing, music, and art (sketches, proffesional commisions etc) as side proffesions. Writing stories is be mostly what I am interested in, but I would also like to dive into journalism, screenwriting (screenplays, scripts etc). And I would like to write and preform music, and possibly record. There are so many things I want to do, and it used to frusterate me when ever I thought about it, but then it came to me...why not make an attempt to do it all! So For school, I would like to take courses in computer sciences, the arts, acting, literature, music, graphic design, economics and buissness manegement. To run a company, I would require some knoledge in all fields, so i would expand myself as far as I could.
How would I pay for this, you may ask, well I have thought of a few options...
If I work with any of the oil-rig companies, and stick with it for 2-4 years, i could have money for school, then with the help of a loan, I could start up my lab. But the most important, and crucial part, is getting a team together. I would be looking for people to be computer techs, programmers, graphic designers, writers, Computer engineers, electronics specialists, and anyone within the buissness field, animators and anyone else who may be able to lend a hand.
Keep in mind, this is just an idea, but I'm happy, because its a step in the right direction, I feel as if I'm getting closer to what I am supposed to do with my life.
My Commission project has taken off, and I'm really excited to start working. I'm pretty cheap, just because I know my art isn't that good, but everyday, I try to improve as much as I can on atleast one thing. Hopefully someday, I'll be really good ^^
So its official, We (*Me, Brett and Bryce) are going to calgary this summer to see Rush...thats right R to the U-S-H! WOO!! I'm so excited, I can't wait. Speaking of which, I just got their new album, entitled "Snakes and Arrows" Its pretty great, its more accoustic then their regular sound, but its great, I reccomend it to everyone who like Rush, you won't be disapointed.
So, Fictons...they are coming along...Star Fox-Fox Avenger is coming along great, and hopefully it will be ready for final edit and deployment by August.
Star-Fox Rebellion is coming along, My fellow writer in the project has been feeling pretty under the weather, as well as school and work, so its hard for him to find the time to work on it. I wish him all the best, and keep your chin up, things will look up, and get better, you just need to keep going forward^^ You'll make it out
My newest fict, Star-Fox-Biohazard is still in the early stages of developement, but I am looking forward to undertaking this project^^
I'm also working on a number of short stories, to put together in a
publication of my work. when they're done, I'll post em^^
My artistic life is looking good, I think I'm getting better, and with a little help form some tutorials, I'm going to learn to master open canvas! yay!!
