Excuse me, LJ.
Why is there a cell phone commercial taking place on the Island of Misfit Toys? And why are they misappropriating both the spirit and letter of the Island of Unwanted Toys with this? If you're sending something to the Island of Misfit Toys, it is not because they're FAILY. It means they aren't exactly what is expected, and that disappoints people, but someone is still out there who will love them best. Even if you're a train with square wheels or a water gun that squirts jelly (seriously, dude, JUST REFILL HIM) or a doll with no notable defects who is nonetheless the spokesperson for the island, SOMEONE WILL STILL LOVE YOU!
Verizon, I don't think this is what you were going for, but your willful misunderstanding of the text is insulting to me.
...This is how sane people felt when they started doing those commercials where one person in a famous dance sequence was photoshopped into a mop or whatever, isn't it?
tv: commercials,
christmas with you is the best
