Okay, so now that it's revealed? Yes, I wrote Abominable (the Extended [Baby-Sitters] Club Remix), which was a remix of Abominable by wisdomeagle, for remixredux. Yes, I am muchly pleased with the response. Yes, now I want to write more BSC fic. Yes, I wrote it entirely to use the extended club remix joke ( Read more... )

fic: bsc, fic: crossovers, fic, fic: remix, fic: angel

ONE TREEEEEEEEEEE HIIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLL!

Season 2 is even better than season 1. Season 1 gets better and better as it goes along. One Tree Hill has the most awesome so nearly text friendship that any slasher would die FOR except, apparently, no one cares about Brooke and Peyton. Anyway.

YAY! OTH!!!!

I am really kind of neutral-leaning-towards-annoyed about Peyton, at this point? But I already am kind of in love with Brooke.

She's on DRUGS right now! DRUGS! And she is adorable! ADORABLE! And when the girls are together, I don't need to pay attention to the boys at all! *hearts*

Peyton, as OTH does often, gets much better. I couldn't stand her for the first part of s1, but by the end of the season, I loved her.

Also? The girls? DO NOT STOP BEING ADORABLE.

She's just so emo!

She was adorable in 1.06, though. Possibly beause that was girlslashy as all hell.

I want to watch the show that ignores all the basketball and basks in the girlslash.

What's going on in OTH at this point? I watched parts of season 1, but I can't remember which episodes, so I don't know if I saw what you're currently watching or not.

(Isn't it hilarious how I tell myself I'm going to stay off LJ at work so I can finish my grading and then I wind up spamming you with comments anyway?)

Um, the girls did stuff and the boys did stuff and they weren't near each other and thus both magically improved. Also, Brooke was on drugs.

(I know I'M laughing!)

*twirls you*

(Hey, Vic-- Muppet challenge next, okay?)

Maybe we could combine it with the O11 challenge. Muppets and George Clooney... There is no bad there... *g*

*is twirled!*

I have never written O11 fic. But the mental image of George Clooney in a tux, opposite a penguin?

ALMOST WORTH IT.

Dude! The Great Muppet Caper is just like Ocean's 11! What with the jewel thieves and the romance!

But the mental image of George Clooney in a tux, opposite a penguin?

ALMOST WORTH IT.

TOTALLY!

You are NOT AT ALL WRONG.

If anyone really loved us? We'd get them to manip us Clooney and Penguin.

If they did, I'd write the fic.

oh man, that story was the kick!

also, random trivia: I've never seen an episode of One Tree Hill. But it's filmed in Wilmington, a couple of hours from where I live. (Just like Dawson's Creek and a number of other WB teen shows.) And my best friend just started dating a guy who works on the set. WORLDS OF WEIRD. And best friend herself nonamecity is filming some open access behind the scenes thingy for the WB. I knew letting her work for a tv station would have benefits.

Yay, thanks!

And, I did know Creek was filmed in Wilmy!

And, ooh. Does your best friend have AWESOME GOSSIP?

So, I totally avoided the WB like the plague for four or five years (which is why I missed firefly the first time around I think...it was on the WB, wasn't it?)(I know, I suck.) Which also explains having never seeing OTH. I was pretty sure I'd like it and then be sad when I couldn't watch it. But now I can't watch it anyway because nobody has it to rent which means I'd have to buy it.

*takes a breathe*

Why do you do things like this to me? You don't know me well enough to hate me.

Firefly was not on the WB. It was on FOX. Haphazardly.

For the record, I am watching it now because a friend found it to rent at the place near us.

It is SHINY.

*smiles brightly at you. angelically, even. like an ANGEL*

*failed to mention the part where avoided the WB due to not having access to it where I was going to school and watching on the weekend and getting addicted just seemed like a bad idea*

Also, apparently netflix has it. So I am in the process of trying to figure out if all six discs would come at the same time. Also, if netflix would be worth the addiction I would probably end up with.

...I'd blame you for all of this, but you'd probably just giggle.
