Some Kind of Sadness
If someone had seen me walking home, they would have said, "What a sad-looking young girl." And they would be correct, because I am a little sad. Once I left Robby and got off the bus, I suddenly got sad. It wasn't leaving Robby; he had nothing to do with it. But, once I was alone, and had time to think, I realized how horrible today was. I mean, not all of it was bad, just part of it.
I'm hurt because I hurt someone else. At least, It think I hurt them. But, I didn't mean to at all. I just said "Hippopotamus" (sp?) and suddenly, I could see it. And then afterwards...-groan- Why can't I ever do anything right? Grr...
So, once I got home, I popped a big bag of kettle corn.
My mom did make me feel a little better, though. "You know, The Ring 2 came out today." "Yeah...." "Well, you want to go see it?" "Yeah!" I know it's sad when the only thing that can make you feel better is going to see The Ring 2, but I needed to hear something like that. Which means I am probably not going swing dancing.
However, it was good to see MASH for my first time today. Now I know what my parents are always going on about. It is a pretty darn good show. Of course, I must say that The Simpsons will always have a special place in my heart as the greatest show ever.
