Jens has an awesome house. I went over yesterday between morning and evening classes and we played Scrabble. For serious. I kicked his ass. He also made me a mix CD which, so far, is awesome. I'm amused that he thought Friend is a Four Letter Word was a good choice on a mix for the girl he likes. I take it with a grain of "boys don't realize how much girls interpret what they do" salt.
Tonight my computer was broken again and gorgeous techie/student Leo came to fix it. All the students were way tired, so we sat around talking for a while- me and four girls gossiping, then John showed up at half 6. John's the only guy in the class. Bless his heart, but he never is quite up to speed on instructions. He works much more slowly than anyone else, too. His speaking's not bad, and he's got grammar skills he never pulls out, but he always makes everyone laugh. His comments are either random or incomprehensible with his accent. I really love that I'm getting to know this class so well, though. They invited me to one of their nights out. I think I'll go.
Battery situation's not good. I unplugged the computer to bring it down and back from K's room (that's like 2 minutes total of unplugged time), and at some point on the way back it decided it has no battery power at all (down from 80% before I unplugged) and turned off. Now it's at 5% and not moving. Dear Talyn, wtf? Love, me.
