that's why I was in Boston yesterday afternoon. I also found a really cute teal barbell that I get to put in 3-6 months from now. There's another photo in my album of me and roomongrandst, who got her ears blung.
my family arrived in the evening (minus the grand'rents and brother, who arrived this afternoon). Mom hadn't eaten since breakfast, so she opened a bottle of wine as we waited for my wife to shower. I opened grad presents from Ont Laura and we went to the Skellig. Had my first snakebite and wondered why I'd never tried one before! A good night, last night was. Such crack and hilarity.
This morning was CLEANING! Oh, deity/ies. I can't begin to talk about it. It took hours, and my family had to keep going when I had TCFI commitments (as tonight is senior-girls-and-family-and-friends dinner). I feel awful about not being able to help. I heard that hill_the_khore even showed up. Masa gave back the stuff belonging to others he's been using all semester (ETA 11pm: BUT HE TOOK MY PAPASAN WITHOUT ASKING BECAUSE HE'S THAT AWESOME). We're now pretty much everything-less. Next task: my room.
