i just spent an hour waiting for it. it just didn't come to grad on the 11:00 run. which i had called in advance and asked. and.... tcfi was horrendously unproductive. we went over two songs and learned one measure of sea of no cares and did a lot of laughing and counting. and I learned for the first time in my bloody singing career that I have a breathy voice.
it's just me being tired, but i'm pissed off right now.
lifting kicked my fucking ass (which i'm not used to the afternoon of a damned 2k) and tomorrow we are doing laps that consist of lunges. like, 3 minutes of lunges around the track, 3min rest, a couple of times... "Indian" runs for too long, and jogging and abs. fuck a duck!
Tomorrow's going to hurt.
