an okay morning
today i rode in the launch with ellen. i heard (and saw) that both women's boats had a bad row. bah.
on the plus side, it means i don't have to shower twice today. and wow, a shower takes up a lot of morning time. though i do now have clean towels!
tomorrow is a 6k, but ellen says i might want to do it on saturday if i'll be feeling better than i would tomorrow. we agreed i'd tell her my decision tonight.
